Lindsey A. (Shaw) Brown, PA-C
Founder and Owner, Sea Glass Med Spa
Lindsey Brown, PA-C, graduated from Florida State University in 2005, and from Nova Southeastern University Physician Assistant program in 2008. Since then, she has practiced in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Oculoplastic Facial surgery and Hematology/Oncology. She started her own small business with a skincare line in 2015, which cultivated her love for Dermatology and an interest in the growing field of Aesthetics.
Beginning in 2017, Lindsey spent 4 years running the chemo/infusion center at Levine Cancer Institute in Concord, NC. During this time, she developed a deep desire to help cancer patients, and realized her path was best served by blending her passions in the new and developing field of Oncology Aesthetics. Her goal is to provide exemplary patient care in the field of aesthetics, covering the spectrum of anti-aging skin care from daily skincare solutions to maintenance techniques through minimally invasive aesthetic injections and procedures. She offers services for patients that align with their aesthetic and overall health goals, working together to design treatment plans that achieve desired results.
Outside of her career, Lindsey has an amazing and supportive family with husband, Adam, and their three children Addison, Evie, and Grier. They love the beaches, lakes and pools, and travel to Florida every chance they get, where Lindsey can often be found watching Florida State University football and cheering on the Noles with 3 generations of Seminoles in her extended family. An avid yoga practitioner and Peloton enthusiast, Lindsey thrives in warm weather, surrounded by crystal blue water, white sand, and dear friends.
Alexandra (Sandra) Malissen, PA-C

Alexandra (Sandra) Malissen, PA-C graduated from Wake Forest Law and School of Medicine after being a certified paramedic since 2013. She is currently performing a fellowship with the VA and is a mom to 3 amazing kids.
As someone who previously struggled with adult acne, Sandra truly understands the impact that clear, happy, healthy skin can have on someone’s confidence and well being.
Sandra provides all services such as neurotoxins, fillers, PDO threads, chemical peels, and microneedling, plus services on our devices such as Morpheus8, Diolaze, Lumecca, and Ultimate Contour.
Tamara McMillan, RN
Charlotte office
Tamara McMillan has been a Registered Nurse (RN) for over 17 years and in healthcare for over 23 years, with experience ranging from acute care in trauma step down and the Emergency Department, to supervisory roles, to IV infusions, plus many more specialities. She’s even a Daisy Award recipient for patient care in the Emergency Room!
Tamara believes in being a strong advocate for patients and families, never giving up until the best outcome is reached. She enjoys educating patients, so that they can be involved in their own care and reach their healthcare goals.
In her spare time, Tamara is a furniture artist and enjoys giving new life to worn out furniture with an artistic flair. She also loves researching, gardening, being creative, going to the beach, traveling and spending time with her family, including her husband of over 25 years and their three adult children.
Tamara provides our IV Therapy services, plus services on our devices such as Morpheus8, Diolaze, Lumecca, and Ultimate Contouring.
Neeta Patel

Neeta Patel was born and raised in England UK she moved to Charlotte, NC in 1996. She has had her aesthetician and cosmetology license since 1999, and has been a salon owner since 2002.
Her passion and focus as been hair and now she has started venturing into the skin care industry.
“I personally have had a strict skin care routine for many years, and now I get to share my passion with others, I’m a strong believer in continuing education, training and using non-invasive technology to achieve the best possible results for my patients”
Neeta offers chemical peels, laser hair removal, Morpheus8, and Lumecca IPL Services.
